Although anyone can be abused, women are predominantly the victims of violence. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), as of March 2021, an estimated 736 million women, almost one in three women globally, have suffered intimate partner violence or sexual violence by a non-partner, at least once in their lives. Most violence against women is perpetrated by current or former husbands or intimate partners. More than 640 million women aged 15 and older have been subjected to intimate partner violence.

Hypnosis can help survivors of abuse work through complicated emotions and trauma. Hypnosis can also help, in rebuilding self-esteem, self-worth, self-trust, and overall, setting healthy boundaries. 

Hebah has created a customizable program to help women that have experienced any form violence. The program aims too assist women in re-building their self-worth, and self-forgiveness

Historically females have been a marginalized group. Through culture, community and media, oppressive ideals and standards are reinforced, particularly on females. When young women are disempowered they are more likely to struggle with self-worth and anxiety, as well, fall victim to toxic relationships. It's critical that we empower our girls from a young age, so that they can move into adulthood with confidence and strong boundaries.  

Hebah has created a customizable program to empower female youth to break free of self-limiting beliefs. The program also teaches young women to identify the warning signs of unhealthy intimate partner behaviours.
